Marcus Sandberg Real Estate (realty-asia.com) is a Finnish registered brokerage business founded in 2012. Mr. Marcus Sandberg (b. 1969) is a Finnish nationality, active in several Southeast Asian countries in collaboration with local principals, developers, property lawyers, and licensed agents.

Our residential portfolio primarily consists of new developments and recently launched projects, offering a broad selection of condominium units across key locations.

In the commercial sector, our main focus is on hotel and resort acquisitions, as well as viable land development projects. Investment properties are sourced in emerging areas, providing attractive opportunities for capital appreciation and joint ventures in both commercial and residential developments.
